As we are able to provide service to systems 20 years and older especially those integrating old systems with newer technology, we often work on systems that have been installed by others. We are able to work on just about any system, tidy it all up, document and then design and maintain a program suited to your needs.
All technicians are trained through accredited security professionals and at Securacore, we like to go a step further. Intensive in-house training by our brains trust (real people with real life experiences and knowledge based on practical experience with a knowledge base that is second to none and not someone sitting behind a table reading it from a prepared script).
Our technicians are specifically trained in certain key area’s of security allowing us to provide the highest level of service with the look towards integration and system reporting / auditing.
We provide a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays service including scheduled maintenance’s after hours to accommodate high traffic areas and overall client requirements.
Being an innovative company, we introduced Base WebConnect to allow our clients via a web browser to view all there alarm & event information in a live data stream plus the ability to run reports on all of your back to base data. We call this one of our Value Added Service’s and this one is included as part of the monitoring. Security systems can be your best friend but at times they can create issues and situations where instant service is a must and we understood this quiet a while ago and introduced our Online Service module an software platform.
The Online Service is interactive with one of service team at all times of the day and once initial setup is complete we are able to access the audit events for system viewing history, edit the programming data, control system devices including doors, lights, HVAC etc. This includes scheduled events such as daylight savings changes, scheduled weekend works just to mention a few. We can also provide the facility for client staff members to undertake the same or restricted interactive events with the Securacore systems, all with full audit to ensure the highest level of security.
We have provided an Online Form for scheduled Online Services for our existing clients and clients to be convenience (we do provide an Online Service for non clients - call for more details).
